WG Zimmer ab August in top Neuköllner Altbau WG in bester Lage mit riesiger Dachterasse und netten Mitbewohnerinnen (8+ Monate)
Mein Zimmer wird frei, weil ich für mindestens 8 Monate in NY bin. Es ist erstmal befristet, aber es besteht eine gute Chance, dass das WG Zimmer danach unbefristet übernommen werden kann. Es ist ein traumhafter Altbau in Neukölln mit über 4m hohen Decken. Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit Hochbett, Sofa, Tisch, Hängematte und ein paar netten schnick-schnacks 😉
Die Wohnung hat eine große gemeinsame Küche und noch größe Dachterasse (50m^2!!!), die im Sommer als Wohnzimmer fungiert und für viele Aktivitäten wie Frühstück, Yoga und Grillen genutzt wird. Das beste an der Wohnung sind wahrscheinlich meine Mitbewohnerinnen. Die WG, das sind Chrissi (30), Uli (34) und Rike (27), alle sind berufstätig, keine ZweckWG. Idealerweise bist du an einem gemeinsamen WG-Leben interessiert, für ein Feierabendbier zu haben, bist respektvoll und erfüllst die üblichen WG Dienste. Wenn du nen grünen Daumen hast, und Pflanzen magst .. umso besser 🙂.
Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht - Internet, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine etc.
Miete all inclusive 550€/Monat. Ich würde es bevorzugen, wenn jemand die vollen 8 Monate einzieht. Bei Interesse bitte per Email melden -

My room is free from August for at least 8 months, potentially longer! I am looking for someone to rent it in my time of absence. The room is fully furnished with lots of cool stuff bed, sofa, hammock, table, vinyl player etc.
There is a large kitchen, terrace etc. and amazing room mates - 550€/month for fully furnished room with everything included. Ideally you are somebody who is interested in living together, (no ZweckWG), you are respectful and responsable to do the cleaning etc. ..and if you love plants – even better.
