Das Zimmer ist 11 Quadratmeter groß. Es ist rechteckig geschnitten, hat zwei Fenster und ist ausgestattet mit einem Bett, einer Kleiderstange und einem Regal.
Die Wohnung generell besteht aus einer Küche, einem Wohnflur, zwei Bädern (davon eins mit Duschwanne), sowie einem Wohnzimmer mit angrenzendem Balkon und drei weiteren WG-Zimmern.
The room is 11 squaremeters and has two windows. It has a rectangular shape and comes with a bed, a desk, a shelf and a clothes rai.
The flat itself has a kitchen, big hallway, 3 more private rooms, two bathrooms (one with a shower)and a big living room with a balcony.
Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen Neuköllns, in der beliebten Weserstraße - man kann sich seine Zeit also gut im Kiez in schönen Cafés, Restaurants und Bars vertreiben. Ein Edeka ist direkt um die Ecke und auch zu Kaufland, Netto und Biocompany braucht man nur wenige Minuten. Die Anbindung ist sehr gut: In 5 Minuten ist man am Rathaus Neukölln (U7), in 2 Minuten am M41 (Fuldastraße).
The flat is located in the heart of Neukölln, in the famous Weserstraße - here it is easy to spend your time in the area around because there are heaps of bars, restaurants and cafes. There are many supermarkets in walking distance (Edeka, Kaufland, Netto, Biocompany). The connections are very comfortable (U7, M41 and U8 in walking distance).
Wir, das sind Ely 28 Jahre (Psychotherapeutin in Ausbildung), Simi 27 Jahre (Ärztin), und Nico 30 Jahren (Architekt). Ely und Nico sind ein Paar und teilen sich ein Zimmer. Wir haben ein Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher und Playstation, das von allen zum Chillen genutzt wird und ein kleines Büro, das sich momentan gut für's Homeoffice nutzen lässt. Wir wohnen seit vielen Jahren zusammen und sind ein eingespieltes Team. Im Sommer verbringen wir unsere Abende oft auf unserem Balkon. Wir haben außerdem einen Putzplan, da wir aus Erfahrung sagen können, dass es ohne in einer so großen WG nicht sauber bleibt.
We are an international flat. Simi (27, doctor) and Ely (28, psychology student) are german, Nico (30, Architect). Ely and Nico are a couple and therefore sharing a room. We like to spend time all togehter, for example with a movie, cooking, wine or balcony chats. Of course everyone can have as much involvment and privacy as desired. We also have a cleaning schedule, because we experienced that without one it gets kind of messy.
