I'm leaving Berlin for almost 2 months and looking for a subrenter during that time. It's available from April 11th until May 26th - but we also have a guest room, so you could come a little earlier/stay a little longer.
Since we have a 12 m2 guest room, we're also considering to rent to two people (for 300/month more).
You'll live with my house mate, an absolutely hilarious and creative spirit.
The room:
- 22 m²
- Own balcony facing south-west with table for breakfast
- One window + one glass balcony door
- Double bed with new mattress (160 wide)
- Desk, wardrobe, couch, reclining armchair
- 2nd floor (German way of counting) / 3rd floor (American way of counting)
- Some additional storage space in the basement
- Laser printer for super cheap printing
The flat offers:
- "Altbau" (old building = high ceilings)
- Wooden floor
- Guest room
- Washer-Dryer combination
- Dishwasher
- 300 Mbit Wifi
- Kitchen with everything you need
- Small bathroom with shower
- We're in the process of finding a cleaner to do some basics once every 2 weeks (included in the price).
