Für June ist ein möbliertes Zimmer in unserer WG frei,
und ich würde mich freuen, ein wenig Gesellschaft in der Wohnung zu haben.
Das Zimmer selbst ist 14 m2 groß, und ist komplett möbliert.
Zusätzlich zu diesem Zimmer, gibt es ein 40m2 großes Wohnzimmer mit offenem Kamin das wir gemeinschaftlich nutzen.
In der Küche gibt es einen kleinen Tisch an dem man zu zweit gut Platz findet und ein Tageslichtbad mit Dusche und Badewanne.
Ein großer Keller bietet Platz für alles was grad nicht in der Wohnung sein soll.
WICHTIG: ich möchte nicht an ein Paar untervermieten.
**ENGLISH Version**
For the whole month of June and some days in May, we have 1 room in our shared apartment. Manon will be working abroad and would like someone caring and respectful to take over her bedroom. The rent is 535 euros for the month of June. The room is available from the 16th May and rent would deducted on a daily basis.
The room itself is 14m², it is furnished (bed, cloth rail, shelves).
The flat is just by the S/U-bahn Neukolln station and is beautiful decorated.
You would be sharing the house with Ullie and Giles (the cat). Common areas are 1/the living room, which has large windows with view on a garden behind the house, 2/the kitchen, which has a rather large kitchen counter and a small table with chairs. It's the perfect place for two people to have breakfast. (utilities basic utilities that are shared plus a dish washer & coffee machine) And 3/ a bathroom with a shower and a bathtub, this room has plants and gets filled with bright and calming daylight.
IMPORTANT: We do not want to sublet to a couple.
The apartment is located in a small idyllic red-brick building on the edge of a small industrial yard, slightly set back from the Lahnstraße. The flat is a little out of the street which makes it very quiet.
The nearest U-bahn and S-Bahn Neukölln can be reached within a few minutes.
We have a bike-parking in our courtyard.
Shopping in the area very easy: you basically have every supermarket brand in the immediate vicinity (less than 10mins walk away are): Liddl, Netto, Aldi, Biomarkt, Asia Markt, Turkish supermarket, Real.
In terms of pubs, bars and restaurants, we are around the corner from Hermannstraße, Körnerpark and Richardplatz.

Ein paar Worte zu meiner Wenigkeit
Ich (Ulli) bin 34 Jahre alt, und arbeite festangestellt als Taschen-Designerin.
Das heißt ich bin tagsüber meist unterwegs, und es kommt schon auch mal vor dass ich wegen dem Job ein paar Tage reise, sprich man hat auch mal Ruhe vor mir. :)
Insgesamt würd ich sagen bin ich ein umgänglicher Mensch und ich freu mich Abends auch über Gesellschaft beim Essen.
Nach 10 Jahren Berlin habe ich ein paar Dinge in der Stadt gesehen, wenn Du also neu herkommst und gern Tipps hättest, werde ich mein Bestes geben...
Neben deutsch und englisch wärs mir auch möglich auf italienisch zu kommunizieren, bei Französisch würd ich zumindest verstehen um was es geht. ;)
Neben mir wohnt auch Kater in der Wohnung.
Giles ist 5 und ein recht ruhiger Zeitgenosse.

A few words from your (potentially future) flatmate:
I (Ulli) am 34 years old and work as a bag designer.
I am usually out during the day, and it happens sometimes that I travel for a few days because of the job, that is to speak, one has to keep peace and quiet in front of me. :)
All in all, I would say I'm a sociable person and I'm happy in the evening to have company and share food.
After 10 years Berlin I have seen a few things in the city, so if you come back and would like tips, I'll do my best.
In addition to German and English I would also be able to communicate in Italian, in French I would at least understand what it is about. ;)
Giles, the cat is 5 and a pretty quiet guy.

A few words from Manon, the person who is going out:
I'm working out of Berlin during June and need someone to sublet my bedroom. Living with Ullie and Giles is pretty easy-going and we have different rythms but we like to keep the place clean and peaceful. There's a lot of comfort in this house and enough space to not walk on each other's toes.
I'm going to be out and about all May so if you need somewhere from 16th May we might be able to arrange something. (to be discussed)
