All the necessities you need are less than 3 minutes by feet (Bio and discount supermarket, pharmacy, tobacconist's, subway, bus...)

- 1 minute from the U-bahn Rathaus Neukölln
- All different kind of shops less than 3 min by feet (Lidl, Kauf Land, Bio company, Neukölln Arcaden, Russian Supermarket, Spätkauf etc...)

How our WG works :
- We let the rooms has we found them, it means that the flat is regularly tidy and cleaned.
- We respect the fact of not to being too noisy in the morning or when someone went to bed at night.

- We are not party people... yes, we do like to party time to time, but we are very focused on our art projects.
- We like to share diner / coffee / beers together even though we are all living our life independently from each other.
