You will be alone in the flat (no other flatmates). The flat is very central AND very quiet :D
I am away for about 3 years and I sublet my flat in Neukölln, 1 min on foot from U7 Ubahn Rathaus Neukölln. 5 min on foot from U8 Hermannplatz.
Perfect flat for a single person or a couple :)
The flat is fully furnished/equipped with everything you need.
1295€ per month all included (Internet WIFI connexion, electricity, gas, heating, water,...). No extra fee. (1900€ deposit).
Available from 1/10/22 to 30/6/25 : about 3 years. I am only looking for people able to rent for the whole period. Thanks :)

The rent has to be paid when get the keys and visit the flat and sign the sublet contract. We do also an official sublet contract. You get the deposit back at the end of the contract (when I am back).
To make it safe for both of us we do an official sublet contract + copy of both IDs and Passport...
I live there since many years, very nice neighbourhood, many things to do and to explore :)

Nice flat in center Berlin (Neukölln). Direct access to U7 metro station (Rathaus Neukölln) and U8 metro station (Hermannplatz). Fully furnished. 1st floor. Easy access to supermarkets, bars , shops, center,…You can easily do everything by bike :)
Full of bars and restaurants. Direkt im Kiez!
You will be alone in the flat (no other flatmates) during the whole 3 years.
You can use all my equipment, just respect it :)
Everything is provided: towel, bed sheet, blanket for the park,... Whatever you need, just ask for it :-)
Be quiet in the flat :) There are enough bars directly in the street :)
