Hallo,
da in unseren familiären WG in der Weserstraße ab 1. August ein Zimmer frei wird, sind wir auf der Suche nach einer*m netten Mitbewohner*in.
Das freie Zimmer ist 17 qm groß und befindet sich auf der unteren Etage der Wohnung. Es hat Fenster nach Süden und außerdem Zugang zum Balkon. Die WG hat 139 Quadratmeter und ist eine Maisonettewohnung in der 5. und 6. Etage. Auf jedem Stockwerk befindet sich ein Badezimmer sowie ein Balkon. Wir haben eine schöne, große Wohnküche und ein großes Gemeinschafts-Wohnzimmer. Natürlich haben wir Internet und im Wohnzimmer auch einen Fernseher. Bei uns wird in der Wohnung nicht geraucht aber auf den Balkonen ist es natürlich kein Problem.
Unsere WG befindet sich im unteren, ruhigeren Teil der Weserstraße in Neukölln. Trotzdem sind Supermärkte, Bars, Restaurants und Bushaltestellen nicht weit entfernt.
Wir kennen uns schon einige Jahre und sind gute Freunde. Es wird ab und zu zusammen gekocht und wir starten auch mal abends oder am Wochenende was.
Die Mitbewohner:
Kristin (31) ist Wirtschaftsfachwirtin und Allrounder,
Janis (32) ist Ingenieur und promoviert an der TU,
Nils (34) ist selbständiger Geologe.
Wir suchen eine*n Mitbewohner*in zwischen 25-35, am liebsten selbst berufstätig, der*die Lust hat, entspannt am WG Leben teilzunehmen. Wenn Du Interesse hast, schreib eine kurze Mail, wer du so bist und was du machst. Wir melden uns dann bei Dir.

Hi,
we have a free room in our shared apartment from 1st of July on and are looking for a new roommate.
Our apartment is located in the lower, more quiet part of Weserstraße in Neukölln. Shops, bars, restaurants and bus stops are within walking distance. The apartment is 139qm big and is a maisonette on the 5. and 6. floor. Every floor has a bathroom as well as a balcony. We have a nice, big kitchen and a shared living room. Needless to say we have Internet and a TV in the living room. We don’t smoke inside but its fine on the balconies. The free room is 17qm big and is located on the lower floor of the flat. The windows and the balcony are facing southwards.
We have known each other for some years and are good friends. Sometimes we cook together or go out at the evenings or the weekend. The roommates:
Kristin (31) is a business economist and allrounder,
Janis (32) is an engineer and is doing a doctor’s degree at TU,
Nils (34) is a self-employed geologist.
We are looking for a potential roommate between 25-35 years preferable employed her-/himself and also keen on cooking and spending some time together. If you are interested write a short mail on who you are and what you’re up to. We will get back to you.
