Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist eins der Größten der 4 in unserer schönen Altbau Wohnung. Schreibtisch, Bett und Kleiderstange sind vorhanden. Das Zimmer hat eine wunderschöne Flügeltür zum Wohnzimmer und einen angrenzenden Balkon, den wir gemeinsam nutzen. Wir haben eine schöne große und offene Küche/Wohnzimmer und zwei Badezimmer.
The room is one of the biggest in our flat and is situated next to the big spacious living room and kitchen area. The balcony that is accessed by the room is used by all of us. There is a big bed, a desk and a clothes rack in the room that you can use.
Die U-Bahn Stationen Hermannplatz und Rathaus Neukölln sind beide in unter 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Direkt in der Parallelstraße befindet sich die Weserstraße mit schönen Cafés und Bars. Auch der Landwehrkanal liegt in nur ca. 5 Minuten Entfernung.
The Underground stations Hermannplatz and Rathaus Neukölln are about less than 10 minutes away. Just around the corner you find Weserstraße with all it's pretty cafés, bars and restaurants. Landwehrkanal is only about 5 minutes away.
Wir, das sind Malte, Jan und ich sind alle Studenten oder gerade frisch aus der Uni raus und im Arbeitsleben. Deshalb sind wir zwar alle oft unterwegs, machen aber trotzdem viel zusammen und haben eine schön familiäre Atmosphäre in unserer Wohnung. :)
Malte, Jan and I all study or work and therefore are out and about quite a lot. However, we still like to spend time together and all get along very well. :)
