Das Zimmer ist eigentlich ein Doppelzimmer mit Schiebetür (siehe Fotos)
Normalerweise wird es von meinem Freund und mir gemeinsam bewohnt (ideal für Paare oder Freunde).
Sanierter Altbau. Das Eckzimmer hat viele Fenster, das andere Zimmer einen Balkon, dadurch ist es sehr hell und sonnig. Auf dem Balkon oder in der Küche kannst du gerne rauchen.
Schöner Parkett in beiden Räumen, es ist sehr geräumig.
Das hintere Zimmer hat ein Doppelbett, Kommode sowie Kleiderschrank. Es liegt zur Sonnenallee raus.
Das andere Zimmer hat ein großes Sofa, zwei Schreibtische sowie große Boxen für Musik. Es wird von mir vor allem als Arbeitszimmer/Wohnzimmer normalerweise genutzt und hat dadurch noch einen großen Papierschrank, sowie viele Arbeitsmaterialien... diese kann ich jedoch wegräumen falls sie dich stören.

Usually, I live with my boyfriend in these rooms (perfect for couples or good friends).
It's an older building with high ceilings. The corner room has many windows, the other one a balcony, which makes the rooms very bright and sunny. You can smoke on the balcony or in the kitchen.
The back corner room has a double bed, dresser, and wardrobe. It´s located to the direction of Sonnenallee. The other room I usually use more as a working/living room. It has a big sofa, two desks and also big soundboxes for music. My working materials like colours, papers etc are stored in the room, but I could take it out if it's bothering you.

Der Bus M41 ist fährt direkt vor der Haustüre ab. Die U7 ist in 5-10 min zu Fuß auf der Karl-Marx-Straße gut zu erreichen. Zum Hermannplatz kann man auch in 15min zu Fuß kommen, ebenso runter zur SBahn Sonnenallee.
Der Kiez ist vergleichsweise zur restlichen Sonnenallee (Richtung Hermannplatz) noch ruhig. Gegenüber vom Haus liegt ein großer Fussballplatz und man kan Sonntags schön die Spiele anschauen!
Unzählige Bars, Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten hast du ebenfalls

Great Location in the middle of Sonnenallee. Comparing to the more busy Part of the street, this corner is still pretty quiet. Across the building, you have a big sports field ... so you can watch soccer games :)
The Bus station for M41 is next to the house, U7 you can reach within 10 min walk distance.
Bunch of restaurant, bars and shopping places you can also find in this neighbourhood.
Während deiner Zeit hier, würde ich in einem kleinerem Zimmer auch in der WG wohnen (da mein Mitbewohner im Urlaub ist).
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, kochen und trinken schon mal gerne zusammen. Trotzdem ist jeder sehr selbstständig und geht seiner Arbeit und Freizeit nach.
Wir verlangen keine penible Sauberkeit und haben auch keinen Putzplan, wir gehen aber davon aus das jeder in der Lage ist ein gesundes Maß an Ordnung zu halten.
Und selbstverständlich möchten wir mit keinen Sexisten, Homophoben oder rechten Idioten zusammen leben
During your stay, I would also live in a smaller room in the apartment.
We like to hang out together, to cook or to have some drinks. Its a friendly and easy atmosphere.
But everyone is also pretty independent and is working on a regular base and is also doing his own free time friends thing :)
We don't have any cleaning-master-plan.. we don't expect some crazy tidiness but a healthy and independent sense of keeping the place nice!
Of course, we don't wanna live with any sexist, homophobic or right-wing idiot
