I propose here a cosy bedroom in a beautiful big apartment in the heart of Neukölln. I rent it 150€ per week. I am looking for a clean and tidy person who is simple to live with.
The flat is located in a very quiet yard on the 4th floor. The flat is 80 m2 big, with a wide living-room, equipped kitchen with induction cook top, a bathroom with shower and a south face balcony where you can enjoy the sun the whole day.
Induction cook top, multifunction oven, refrigerator, Bialetti coffee maker, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, kettle, dish soap, sponges, bed linen, hair dryer, hand soap and vacuum cleaner are the basic equipment of the apartment.
There is another "roommate": a cute French Bulldog who is very calm and easy to live with.
The location is very central and well connected to the great transport system that Berlin has to offer. The Schönefeld airport is 40 minutes far from the apartment with the public transport, Tegel airport is 55 minutes far as Mitte is about 15 minutes. You are 1 minute far from the trendy Weserstraße where you can find many restaurants and bars.
The flat is 7 minutes walk from the U7 (Rathaus Neukölln), 10 minutes walk from the U8 (Hermannplatz). You can also take different buses (M41, M29...) which are about 5 min from the apartment.
My name is Helene, I come from France but I've been living in Berlin since 2007. I fell in love with the city and the people from here. I also love traveling, discovering new places and meeting new people from all over the world.
I think I am easy to live with. I am always up to give good tips about the city or the area. Important: to live in this apartment, you have to like dogs and to be a clean person.
