Das Zimmer ist Teil einer Zwei-Zimmer-Wohnung an der Sonnenallee. Es ist hell, möbliert und hat eigentlich alles was man so braucht. Das Fenster geht zur Sonnenallee raus. Ich arbeite als Musikerin und daher wird es in der Wohnung regelmäßig Klaviergedudel geben :) Generell ist die Wohnung eher hellhörig. Wenn du also sehr geräuschsensibel bist und earplugs nicht leiden kannst, ist es wahrscheinlich kein Match. Die Wohnung ist auf Dauer leider auch zu klein für drei Leute. Daher ist das Zimmer für Paare nicht geeignet.

The room is part of a two-bedroom apartment on Sonnenallee. It is bright, furnished, and has pretty much everything you need. The window faces Sonnenallee. I work as a musician, so there will be regular piano playing in the apartment :) Generally, the apartment is rather noisy. So, if you are very sensitive to noise and can't stand earplugs, it's probably not a match. Unfortunately, the apartment is also too small for three people in the long run. Therefore, the room is not suitable for couples.
Die Wohnung liegt am Rand des Richardkiezes. In acht Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Richardplatz also quasi mitten in Rixdorf. Die Buslinien 171 und M41 halten direkt vor der Haustür und in fünf Fußminuten ist man an der S Sonnenallee und kann dort in die Ringbahn springen. Supermärkte sind auch nah und schnell zu erreichen. Auch der Kanal ist nur gut fünf Minuten entfernt.

The apartment is located in one of the most beautiful parts of Neukölln. The Richardplatz square is in walking distance. There's a bus stop literally in front of the door (lines 171 and M41) and you can walk to the the train station S Sonnenallee in five minutes. Supermarkets, the canal and some green spots are all close.
Das Zimmer wird zwar nur übergangsweise vermietet, doch ich bin eher ein Gemeinschaftstyp und fühle mich in Zweckkonstellationen - auch wenn sie nur vorübergehend sind - nicht so wohl. Im besten Fall beruht das auf Gegenseitigkeit. Wenn die Chemie stimmt, ergeben sich die gemeinsame Zeit in der Küche sowie die Akzeptanz für geschlossene Türen automatisch. Ich mag Gespräche und Verlässlichkeit, bin weder Putzteufel noch Totalchaot und bin ein Fan offener Kommunikation.
Ansonsten interessiere mich für Musik, Bücher, Politik und LateNightComedy. Ich mache sehr regelmäßig Sport (was mein 14 jähriges Ich mir nie abgekauft hätte) und hätte mir eigentlich schon vor Jahren einen Hund anschaffen sollen.

The room is a sublet and is preferably rented out to people who work as well. I am more of an open extroverted type who has a natural curiosity for other people and enjoys conversation. I enjoy deep conversations and reliability, am neither a cleaning addict nor a slob, and (that's me being German) really appreciate an open and direct (and still kind) communication style.
I do sports (running and yoga) and am into music, literature, politics, and late-night comedy shows, and am a vegetarian.
Schreibt doch kurz was zu euch (was ihr macht, warum ihr ein Zimmer braucht, was ihr sonst so mit eurer Zeit anstellt).
Eine Besichtigung ist ab dem 29.04. möglich, vorher können wir gern ein Online Kennenlernen verabreden.
