Hallo Leute. Welcome to our flat!
I'm out riding my bike for a while in July/August and I'm looking to sublet my room for the 28 days I'll be away.
The flat itself is really nice, clean and a super chill space to be. It's in a great location, quiet, on 3rd floor and the building complex is rad as it has a housekeeper and a private garden in the hof.
You'll be living with my housemate, Juanna, who is great! Shes originally from near Dusseldorf and has been living in Berlin for about 6 years. Shes studying Biology and Philosophy, loves riding bikes, beers, clubbing and can speak english and french.
My room is bloody nice (albeit minimal). The room itself is about 20sqm and the entire apartment is a typical size two room apartment at about 65sqm. Its always quiet and clean and the bathroom and kitchen function and feel great. Plus the balcony is incredible, and is planted up really well so nice and green. The apartment is on the 3rd floor (3rd above ground) so its nice and high and is in the hinterhaus so you have no street noise.
The room will be fully furnished for the time you're in it. Huge bed and sheets, desk, chair, dresser and drawers, weird timber seat also. The room has great natural light and two huge windows for maximum air.
Location is good! Stuttgarter Strasse is a nice street. Herztbergplatz bus and minigolf are 2 minutes walk away. Späti is 2 minutes walk away (arguably best Späti in Berlin). `That`cheap thai place is round the corner. Approximately 1000 unreal restaurants from 5 mins walk away up and down Sonnenallee. Ubahn is about 12 mins walk away. Sbahn is 10 mins walk away. Obviously local bars are numerous too so there are plenty of options for you.
The flatshare type is relaxed, warm and communal. Juanna is finishing her studies (Biology and Philosophy) at present so you'll just have to respect that. Hanging out on the balcony is top at the moment with the sun! The apartment is always nice and clean and so you'll just have to a little bit to keep the kitchen and bathroom tidy during your sublet.

Nice and high above the ground for max luft.
Aufzug which is amazing and rare.
