Subletting the second room in my Nk apartment. The room is approx 12sqm, partially furnished (no bed, besides fold out couch). Apartment itself is an altbau, with lots of light, lovely wooden floorboards. The building is pretty quiet, so please no parties or loud music. 2 minute walk to the U bahn and S bahn. Preferably looking for someone with steady work and low key lifestyle. ps the room could be available from August already - depending on dates.
The apartment is 2 minutes walk from S+U bahn Neukolln. You're at Hermanplatz in 5 mins with the U bahn. There are lots of parks, bars, restaurants and cafes around here and supermarket literally just on the corner outside the flat. You can be in Xberg in 15 minutes.
I live in the flat at the moment in other room. I'll be there mostly in the evening :) I'm 27, work in Mitte during the day - although working from home now due to corona. I've lived in Berlin for 4 years so can give you some good tips if need be. Ideally looking for someone who also works/here on an internship. It's a quiet building and flat so no partying or being loud in the evenings.
Please no pets or smoking in the room. The building is generally really quiet but friendly so would be best for professionals or people are not looking to have lots of guests at the flat. My current housemate's furniture is in the room and is available to use/purchase. If you have your own furniture also would be totally fine.
