22m², große helle Fenster, abgezogenen Holzdielenboden und hohe Decken. In der Wohnung gibt es viel Platz dank eines großen Wohnzimmers, einer feinen Küche und einem Badezimmer mit Wannenbad.

I sublet my furnished flat in the beautiful Reuterkiez in Berlin.
22sqm, large bright windows, wooden floorboards and high ceilings. There is plenty of space thanks to a large living room, a fine kitchen and a bathroom with bath tube.
Der Reuterkiez liegt zwischen Kreuzberg und Neukölln, und in Reichweite von Friedrichshain, Mitte, Prenzlauer Berg und Schöneberg. Die Wohnung befindet sich auf einer ruhigen Nebenstraße in einem noch ruhigeren Hinterhaus, 1. OG. Man ist in 2min direkt am Maybachufer, wo Di&Fr ein Wochenmarkt und sonntags ein schöner Flohmarkt ist. In der Umgebung sind wunderbare Cafés, Restaurants und Bars. In 5min mit dem Rad liegen der Görlitzer Park und Hasenheide. In etwa 15-20min per Rad ist am Tempelhofer Feld und dem Volkspark Friedrichshain.
Die Ubahn 8 Schönleinstr. ist zu Fuß um die Ecke; U1/U3 Kottbusser Tor und U7 Hermannplatz mit der U8 oder Rad ebenfalls. Der Ostbahnhof mit S-Bahnen ist ebenfalls per Rad einfach zu erreichen, der Alexanderplatz mit weiteren Bahnen per U8.

The "Reuterkiez" neighborhood is located between Kreuzberg and Neukölln, and within easy reach of Friedrichshain, Mitte, Prenzlauer Berg and Schöneberg. The apartment is situated on a quiet side street in an even quieter back house. Within 2 minutes walking distance, you are at Maybachufer with weekly markets on Tues & Fridays, a beautiful flea market on Sundays. In the area you'll also find wonderful cafes, restaurants and bars. 5 minutes by bike take you to the Görlitzer Park and Hasenheide. In about 15-20min by bike, you can reach the Tempelhof Feld and the Volkspark Friedrichshain.
The subways U7 Hermannplatz und U8 Schönleinstr. are around the corner and in walking distance foot; U1 / U3 Kottbusser Tor by bike too. The Ostbahnhof with S-Bahn is also easy to reach by bike, the Jannowitzbrücke or Alexanderplatz with other trains via U8.
Meine Mitbewohnerin ist ein wunderbarer Mensch, die sich über den zwischenzeitlichen Besuch freut. Sie arbeitet meistens tagsüber. Es gibt in der WG sowohl genug Rückzugsraum, als auch die Möglichkeit, an gemeinsamen Abenden zu kochen und zu chillen. Mit den ganzen Angeboten an Bars, Cafés und Restaurants in der Nähe ist es auch einfach vor der Haustür was gemeinsam zu unternehmen.

My roommate is an good friend and wonderful person who is looking forward to the interim visit. She works mostly during the day. There is enough room for retreat alongside the possibility to cook and chill out on shared evenings. With all the amenities available at bars, cafes and restaurants nearby, it's also easy to do something on your doorstep.
Ich freue mich über Nachrichten, in denen ihr kurz was zu euch schreibt. Da die Zwischenmiete schon bald anfängt sind wir sehr interessiert daran, den Bewerbungsprozess kurz zu halten :)
