Hello everyone,
I'm renting out my room from the 28th of December until the 24th of February.
It's in a lovely apartment in Neukölln, it has wooden floor boards and my room also has a balcony.
It is a big flat with 2 bathrooms, there is a total of 5 people living here including myself. You would be living with 2 students doing their masters and 2 professionals. Everybody is really busy so it could be that you don't see anybody that often (but everybody is very friendly) :)
Because everyone is getting up super early most days, it's definitely not a party flat and a person who is quieter/not going to have guests over would be more ideal.
I am also leaving Berlin from the 3rd of December until the 23rd. So if needed and it's convenient for you, you could rent it for this time as well. But i will need the room back from the 23rd of december-28th before i leave again. Of course you could leave your things here for that time :)
