Are you looking for a room for short term rental?
Then this is your space!
We are subletting a room in our apartment for 10 days. If the dates don't pass, then we can maybe discuss it.
The room is approximately 20m2, sunny and has view on the nice little park in front of the apartment, Boddinplatz. The room is fully equipped: there is space for your personal stuff, your clothes and a table where you can work or study.
In the apartment there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living and a dining room, a bathroom and a huge storage room. The flat is bright because of the numerous windows and very spacious.
As you open the front door of the building, you will find a cosy cafe on your left hand and if you walk some more meters you will have a lot of options for a coffee, a drink or nice food! The apartment is located in front of a nice park and in the most vibrant neighborhood of Berlin with a lot of art, alternative cafes and bars. You can find multiple supermarkets 5 minutes walk from the apartment. You have two metro stations right out of the door. U8 which takes you directly to Alexanderplatz and to the norther part of the city and U7 which has a very good connection to the Schönefeld airport.
