I'm subletting my room for a month from 01.07 till 01.08 in our 2 rooms Flat (65m2) in die Hobrechstr (corner with Maybachufer).
The room is 22 m2, furnished (King Size bed, Desk, Sofa, piano..) and overlooks on the Maybachufer.
It's in a 2 rooms Flat (Altbau) - 65m2 - with a separate Kitchen, bathroom (shower), washing machine and everything you need.
550€ (all inc. for 4 weeks)

Ruhiges Zimmer in die Hobrechtstr., ecke Maybachufer für ein Monat, ab 01.07 bis 01.08 (für 4 Wochen) zu vermieten.
Das Zimmer ist 22 m2 groß und mit Balkon, in einer 2-Zimmer Altbau WG (65m2), möbliert (180cm Bett, Extra Schlafsofa, Büro, etc.) zu übernehmen und geht auf dem Maybachufer.
Küche, Bad mit Dusche, Waschmaschine und alles was man braucht im Alltag.
550€ für die Ganze Zeit.
