Dear all!
We are subletting my cosy lovely room + beautiful quiet balchony in a very nice and specious attic in Neukölln. The room is about 20 sqm and very comfortable for one or two people.
The apartment is on the rooftop with lots of sunshine, but don't worry about the heat, coz we got two balchonies, and one of them is next to our bedroom, which grants us a fresh ventilation through. The living room is specious, and contains an open kitchen, its fun to cook and there's no worries for washing dishes, coz we have a dish washer!
You will be living with our very nice and quiet flatmate, who is 38 and speaks German, Arabic and some English. He works as light Elektrician, and is actually a real gourmet, and a true gentleman :)
We are surrounded by four supermarkets and numerous nice restaurants, bars and little stores. Every Saturday there's a nice little market with many homemade products and food just around the corner for you to discover!
The huge famous park of Tempelhofer Feld is basically your courtyard! only 3 minutes walking distance. Walk to U8 Boddinstr takes also less than 5 minutes.

Hallo liebe Leute!
In unserer schöne Dachgeschoss-Wohnung in Neukölln ist ein Zimmer frei vom 03. August 2019 bis ß4. September 2020. Geeignet für eine Einzelperson und auch zwei Personen/ Paare.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und mit schönen Sonnenlicht und zwei Balkons! 77 qm, 5. Etage, ihr bekommt das größere der beiden Schlafzimmer mit dem extra privaten Balkon, damit kriegt ihr einen schönen Durchzug, deswegen hab keine Sorge vor der Hitze!
Es gibt ein großes Wohlzimmer mit offener Küche und dem zweiten Balkon. Ihr werdet wohnen mir unserem ruhigen und sehr liebevollen, freundlichen Mitbewohner (37), der ist ein Licht Elektriker, und spricht Deutsch, Arabisch und etwas Englisch.
Das Zimmer und die Wohnung sind natürlich komplett möbliert. Es gibt eine Geschirr-Spülmaschine! niemand soll den Teller waschen ;)
weniger als 5 Minuten von der U8 Boddingstr, Supermärkte wie Rewe, Lidl, Edeka, Eurogida, Bars, Cafes und leckere Restaurants sind alle zu fuß leicht erreichbar, ein schöner Markt findet am jeden Samstag um die Ecke statt, und das Tempelhofer Feld ist in wenigen Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen.

Kurz über uns!
So we (Arne and Xin, one Cameraman and one student) will be gone traveling for a month and you will be living with our flatmate and good friend Rabie. He is 38, a quiet, incredible nice guy from Syria. Smoking is ok since he does too, but you can also negotiate to only use the balcony for smoking. The offered room and its adjecent balcony are super nice and cozy and has an okay screen for movie watching.
Also wir (Arne und Xin, ein Kameramann und eine Studentin) sind einen Monat auf Reisen und du/ihr würdet mit Rabie leben. Er ist 38, ein ruhiger, sehr angenehmer und furchtbar netter Typ aus Syrien. Rauchen ist ok, da er es auch tut, aber ihr könnt euch auch verständigen, nur den Balkon davor zu nutzen. Das angebote Zimmer ist sehr gemütlich, und hat seinen eigenen Balkon und es gibt auch nen okayen Monitor zum Filme gucken.
