My flatmate is gonna move out soon so I am looking for new flatmate for cozy apartment next to Canal.
I am Japanese, mostly work ( IT stuff ) from home.
I respect your privacy but we could hang out sometimes too.
I do not speak German but English and of course Japanese ;)
There is no any strict house rules. However, let's respect each other :)
+ I am looking for long term tenants, NOT temporary tenants.
+ I have young dog so it would be lovely if you like dog too.
+ You can have free big wardrobe and king size bed for free. (You can abandon if you want)
+ I am transgender (male to female so LGBTIQ friendly person is better ;)
+ 'Anmeldung' is possible :)
+ You cannot smoke inside.

It is next to canal, very quiet and cozy place :)
It is very cozy area and very nice atmosphere during the summer.
5 minutes walk for REWE and ALDI(Super market)
15 minutes walk for Treptower park
3 minutes walk for Bus stop
10 minutes walk for S-Bahn Sonnen allee station.
5 minutes walk for BOULDERGARTEN
There are some nice bars. Indian, Korean and Italian restaurants are nearby.
There is shared garden in the backyard and ping pong table.
You share a flat with me.
You will have own room.
Kitchen and bathroom is shared.
There is not any strict house rules. I am pretty easy going.
But let's keep our flat clean as much as we can :)
I am fine with you have guests sometimes and take shower and use kitchen anytime. ;)
The kitchen is not super well equipped at this moment.
However we can make it better together.
Let's respect each other's privacy.
I would be happy to have dinner or a beer with you from time to time. :)
If you need 'Anmeldung', some fee would be charged by the estate company.
