Bright and calm room available to sublet from the 19th of July to the 15th of September (flexible) in Neukolln next to Tempelhofer Feld.
The room is fully and nicely furnished, in a flat with two other nice people.
The flat is big, it has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living room and balcony on the 4th floor
The flat is located between Hermannstrasse and Tempelhofer feld, the immediate surroundings are very calm, even though in 2 minutes walk you find yourself in the busy Hermannstrasse.
Connections are great, there is the U8, Ringbahn, S45 to Schonefeld, S46 and S47, all in a 2 minutes walking distance.
Supermarkets are also abundant, with REWE, Aldi and Netto in a 3 minutes walking distance each and Bio-Company 10 minutes away. Tempelhofer feld and Hasenheide are also nearby for enjoying the summer days and nights, 7 minutes away.
The other two people living in the flat are Elsa from France working in cinema and Delfina from Argentina who is a clay artist. Both are friendly and enjoyable people.
We all care about keeping a calm environment and take care of the space we live in. This has been our home for the last 3 years so please take that into consideration ;)
The room that is being sublet is my room while I'm away so it will not be completely empty, nevertheless you are welcome to feel like home. Let me know if you are interested and i will gladly show you around.
