Direkt an der Sonnenallee, in unmittelbarer Nähe vom Hertzbergplatz.
Daher bräuchtest du auch eine gewisse Lärmtoleranz ;)
2 min Fußweg zum M41, somit in 5 min an der S-Sonnenallee oder in 7 min am U-Rathaus Neukölln.
In 5-10 min Fußweg seit ihr in der Weserstrasse und in ca 5 min Fußweg im entspannten Rixdorf.

Gidon und Ich sind beide Anfang 30, entspannt, umgänglich und manchmal recht busy. Unser WG Leben ist locker und ungezwungen, generell ist die Wohnung eher ein Rückzugsort.
Gidon arbeitet full time von zuhause aus,
ich phasenweise auch recht viel.
Daher wärs super, wenn du nen Arbeitsplatz außerhalb haben würdest.
Idealerweise bist du um die 30 Jahre alt, zuverlässig, geerdet und im Leben angekommen.
Gidon and I are both in our early 30s, relaxed, sociable and sometimes quite busy. Our shared flat life is relaxed and informal, in general the apartment is more of a place of retreat.
