Ich habe ein unbefristetes Zimmer in meiner Wohnung zu vergeben, an eine liebe und nette, offene und herzliche Person.
Wir sind dann zu zweit und jch habe richtig Lust auf ein cooles Zusammenleben!

Ich bin ein offener Mensch, der aber auch mal seinen Rückzugsort braucht. Ich liebe Sport und geh auch gerne mal Feiern, da meine Passion das auflegen ist. Ab und zu spiele ich in Berliner Clubs.
Ansonsten koche ich gerne oder gehe in Bars ums Eck
Die Wohnung hat ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Balkon. In den wohnzimmer ist eln Esstisch, sowie eine Eckcouch mit Fernseher. Perfekt für entspannte Abende oder für eine Runde mit Freunden.

Unsere Wohnung liegt zwischen der Sonnenallee und Weserstraße. Es gibt viele Supermärkte und Spätis in der Nachbarschaft. Zur S Bahn fährt man 6min mit dem Bus oder läuft etwa 15min. Zur U-Bahn U7 sind es knapp 10 Minuten.
Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig und bis zum Weglandufer sind es 5min zu Fuß.
Ich stelle mir ein gemeinschaftliches Zusammenleben vor, in dem ein respektvoller Umgang wichtig ist, in dem man gemeinsame Dinge unternimmt und man sich gegenseitig vertrauen kann.
