my name is Caro and I look for a flatmate starting December 1st for at least till May 31th, maybe longer.
The room you are renting is partially furnished, and has a balcony. its located on the back of the house, so its pretty calm, and you have a view on the backyard.
I love the area! Its near the canal, the next bus stop is right around the corner, two bakeries, also near by.
The next grocery stores are also around the corner and if you feel like shopping Rathaus Neukölln is only 8walking minutes away. The neighborhood is quiet, but a few minutes walking you reach everything a heart desires. Bars, Cafes, a movie theater, everything is there.
Im a painter and a yogi. I love a healthy lifestyle and I like things clean and green. I have lots of plants.
I paint a lot, I practice yoga alot, I eat, read, sleep. Pretty normal.
The apratment has all needed necisities, e.g. dishwasher, washing mashine, shower, bathtub, balcony, kitchen basics.
The bathroom is pretty new and also has a bathtub.
I like cooking together or go out for a walk, but also respect privacy of the other. I also like to keep things clean, so I would apriciate if you do too.
I dont like living together just to share the cost. I would be happy if we get together like once a week so we are not strangers to each other.
I am a fan of a clean enviroment, which means move your stuff into the dish washer once you finished eating and lets clean on a schedule taking turns.
I dont like the party in my apartment, so if you are a party animal we wont match.
Please send me a small introduction about yourself, so I can get to know you a bit.
