I am subletting my beautiful room in Kreuzberg/Neukölln for 3 weeks. The apartment is fully furnished and is located at beautiful Weserstraße with lots of bars and cafés.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön geschnitten und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Mein Zimmer ist komplett möbliert, mit selbstgebautem Hochbett, Couch, altem Schreibtisch, Kommode, Kleiderschrank, viele Pflanzen und vielen Büchern zum schmökern. Es gibt eine Seite, die grün gestrichen ist, der Rest weiß - die Sonne fällt am Nachmittag ein.
Es hat zwei Fenster, hohe Decken und ist zum Hinterhof hinaus sehr ruhig gelegen.
Die Lage ist top: Nach Norden sind es 2 min zum Kanal und Richtung Süden liegt direkt die Sonnenalle mit allerlei kulinarischem Angebot und Anschluss an die Öffis.
In der Weserstraße gibt es eine Menge kleiner Cafés und Bars wie das Tier und das Ä direkt an der Ecke. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch in unmittelbarer Nähe (Lidl, Aldi, Bioland, Kaufmakrt und Edeka direkt an der Ecke).
Die nächste U Bahn Station ist die U7 (Rathaus Neukölln) und Busse fahren ab der Sonnenallee.
Ana schreibt gerade ihre Masterarbeit (historische Urbanistik) und beschäftigt sich viel mit Wohnpolitik, urbaner Interaktion, Kunst und mag auch gerne gute Bücher. Ana ist eine sehr aufgeschlosse und eine super Mitbewohnerin, ist aber momentan sehr beschäftigt, da sie sich in den Endzügen ihrer Masterarbeit befindet und gleichzeitig auch bei der Rosa-Luxemburg Stiftung arbeitet.
Wir leben beide schon lange in Berlin, gehen gerne mal feiern, mögen es aber unter der Woche auch etwas ruhiger in der WG. Generell ist uns in respektvolles Miteinander wichtig - dazu gehört es auch, die Wohnung schön und sauber zu halten.
I am leaving Berlin for some weeks and am looking for somebody to share the flat with my lovely flatmate Simon. Simon is currently working at Deutsche Umwelthilfe (German environmental aid) and is finishing hisMaster thesis. Therefore, he is quite busy. So ideally you are all right with sharing some talks, but don't expect crazy parties in the shared flat.
