wir suchen einen lieben Menschen, für den sich der Zeitraum gut eignet um in Berlin anzukommen, Wohnungswechsel, Aufenthalt etc.. Die WG befindet sich in einem Umbruch und wird Ende März aufgelöst. Das Zimmer wird (wenn gewünscht) ein bequemes Bett mit Matratze, sowie ein Tisch mit Stuhl, ansonsten aber schon leergeräumt sein. Küche, Waschmaschine etc. wird alles vorhanden sein. Deine Mitbewohner sind herzlich und umgänglich, aufgrund der dynamischen Situation verzichten wir jedoch auf ein WG Casting. Für Dich wäre das gerade eine gute Lösung?

we are looking for a lovely human being for whom the period is well suited to arrive in Berlin, change of residence, stay etc.. The flat share is in a dyanmic phase as it will be dissolved at the end of March. The room will (if desired) contain a comfortable bed with a mattress and table with chair, but otherwise it will already be empty. Kitchen, washing machine, etc. will all be available. Your roommates are warm and sociable, but due to the dynamic situation we do not do a flat share casting. For you this would embody a solid solution?

Öffentlicher Nahverkehr: Du bist in etwa zwischen der S/U Bahnstation Neukölln und der S/U Bahn Herrmannstraße, das bedeutet Ringbahn sowie U7 und U8 in einem Radius von ca. 5-7 Minuten zu Fuß.
Es liegt der wunderschöne Körnerpark direkt ums Eck, sowie ein paar Restaurants, Eisdielen und v.a. viele empfehlenswerte Bars und Kneipen authentischer Art. Trotz des Aufgebots ist es sehr entspannt und ruhig in der Straße mit minimalstem Verkehr.
