Das Zimmer ist ausgestattet mit einem Doppelbett, einem Sofa, Regalen und einer Kleiderstange. Es geht zur Straße raus, aber wenn man das Fenster schließt, ist es sehr ruhig. In der Wohnung gibt es ansonsten eigentlich alles, was man so braucht. Waschmaschine, diverse Küchengeräte etc.
Spacious room with a double bed, sofa, shelves and clothes rail. Double glazed windows for excellent sound and heat insulation.
Die Wohnung ist fußläufig 2 Minuten vom S- und U-bahnhof Hermannstraße entfernt, dadurch also sehr gut angebunden. In der Gegend gibt es viele kleine Cafes, Bars, den schönen Körnerpark und das Tempelhofer Feld. Auf dem Weg zur S-Bahn gibt es das Hermannquartier mit Rewe, dm und Netto.
Great location; a lively, friendly multicultural area full of cafes, atmospheric bars and fast food places.
Excellent transport connections with Hermannstrasse station just 2 minutes away connecting to the ringbahn and the U8. You can be at Alexanderplatz in 15 mins.
Many small local shops, and Hermannquartier shopping centre complete with Netto and Rewe is 2 minutes away.
Tempelhoferfeld is a short walk away, perfect for running, sports and watching the sunset.
Normalerweise leben hier Maddy und Luisa. Maddy ist gerade aufgrund der Corona Situation in England und muss dort wahrscheinlich noch bis mindestends bis Anfang August bleiben. Danach ist es noch nicht sicher. Deswegen kann das Zimmer bis mindestens 1. August vermietet werden.
Die Wohnung teilst du dir also mit Luisa. Sie arbeitet in einer Kita und studiert Musiktherapie an der Udk. Entspannte Abende zum Quatschen bei einem Glas Wein, einer Tasse Tee oder auch mal zum Kochen sind sehr willkommen und auch am Wochenende ist es schön, wenn man sich beim Frühstück trifft. Aufgrund der aktuellen Situation ist es aber wichtig, dass so wenig Menschen wie möglich in die Wohnung kommen. Hoffentlich ist diese Situation bald vorbei!
Current flatmate is Luisa. She works at a nursery school and studies music therapy at udk. She prefers a calm and cozy environment to come home to, but evenings over a glas of wine or a cup of tea are more than welcome.
