Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße der sehr belebten Hermannstr,
dein Zimmer liegt zum Hinterhof und ist somit noch ruhiger.
Mittags scheint die Sonne genau aufs Bett/Sofa und lädt zum entspannten Energie tanken auf.
Du hast einen großen Schreibtisch, ein Teil des Kleiderschrankes, Musikanlage, Bücher, Ruhe & einen erholsamen Rückzugsort, das dir zur Verfügung steht.
Sophie (55) ist meine Mitbewohnerin,
die lässigste Person zum zusammen leben in chilliger Atmosphäre.
Sie ist Schneiderin&Stylistin, ihr Atelier ist im EG und immer wieder gern ein Treffpunkt um den Tag bei gutem Wein & Musik ausklingen zu lassen
Wir haben eine Hündin, Venus, ist 9Monate alt, eine liebenswürdige mal ruhige mal verpielte und verkuschelte BoderCollie Mischling.
Im Kiez hast du alle möglichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, von Supermärkten über Second Hands zu Restaurants(die beste Pizza in town! & kulinarisches aus allen Kontinenten, es ist für jeden was dabei!
Chillige Kneippen, gemütliche Cafés & jeden Sa.einen Wochenmarkt am Kirchplatz mit sehr guten Lebensmitteln, der dem Ort einen Flair von buntem Dorfleben verleiht.
Das Tempelhofer Feld mit dem perfekten weiten Ausblick, um wunderbare Sonnenuntergänge zu betrachten, uvm.
Wichtig ist mir das du unsere Wg nicht als Party-, Afterhourspot siehst, es ist ein ruhiger Ort, in dem alles prima läuft, weil wir uns gegenseitig respektieren, was Lärm angeht, Sauberkeit, und was so alles dazugehört und selbstverständlich für dich sein sollte.

I'm offering a cozy room in Neukölln, in the beautiful Schillerkiez, near Leinestr./Boddinstr Ubahn, Tempelhofer Feld, and the park Hasenheide! You will have lots of opportunities to chill in the green, there are several amazing café, restaurants, places to hang out in the summer, you reach from South to the north with the public traffic U8 or Sbahn the whole city really easy & quick.
I live with the most chilled person I had ever the honour to share homespace and time.
Sophie is a 55years old charismatic designer & stylist, her atelier is just downstairs to the street and we use to hang out in the summer for afterwork Wine&Chill moments and start in a really smooth way the evening.
We have a lovely little doggy, her name is Venus and she is adorable and always willing to share love.
