Hello everyone :)
I sublet my beautiful room from 02/09-01/10 , in a beautiful WG, with three beautiful roommates (two girls and a boy), in Neukölln. That's a lot of beauty!
The room is very cozy and bright, approximately 20m2, with double bed, desk and a big TV! The apartment is on the 4th floor (sorry no elevator) , with a view to the back garden of the building. You can have coffee by the window and hear the bids! The house is fully equipped and the internet connection is quick!
The apartment is situated three minutes from Richardplatz and seven minutes from station S+U Neukölln. There many bars, restaurants, parks and all kind of stores in walking distance. There are also many supermarkets and spätkauf around and every Wednesday and Saturday morning there is a food market in Richardplatz .
My roommates are adorable, one Greek girl, one German girl and a very lovely Irish man! (two working already and a student). We are very respectful of each others privacy and love from time to time to have a drink and eat together in the kitchen. The apartment has four bedrooms, one large bathroom and a kitchen which is the common room.
I am looking for a person (preferably a girl, by maybe a boy, why not...) who can respect my roommates and my neighbors, take care of my room and water my plants in my absence. ;)
The house is big enough for four people but no more, so no couples I am afraid.
All bills are included in the price.
