Hallo zusammen,
ich suche eine/n Mitbewohner/in ab dem 1. August, voraussichtlich für 2-3 Monate, ggf. länger. Die Wohnung ist am Hermannplatz, direkt an der Hasenheide. Das Zimmer ist relativ groß (23 qm) und wurde bisher als Wohnzimmer genutzt. Vom Zimmer aus hast du Zugang zum Balkon. In der Wohnung gibt es alles, was man so braucht.
Ich bin 30 Jahre alt und berufstätig, suche daher eher jemanden, der auch arbeitet und einen mehr oder weniger strukturierten Alltag bevorzugt, also definitiv keine Party-WG, was aber nicht heißt, dass wir abends bei dir auf dem Balkon ein paar Gläser Wein nicht trinken können. :) Bin schwul und habe einen Hund - mit den beiden Tatsachen musst du gut zurechtkommen.
Leider keine Anmeldung möglich. Einzelbesichtigungen gerne am 29.07. und 30.07.

I'm Alex, 30 years old, gay, working in a marketing agency.
I'm looking for a flatmate starting from the 1st of August for 2-3 months, perhaps longer. The apartment is at Hermannplatz and you have Hasenheide as your backyard. It has two rooms and is 65 sqm. Your room has a balcony and is 23 sqm. It used to be a living room, however it can easily be transformed into a bedroom. The ideal person loves dogs (see the photos), has more interests than partying and likes to keep the apartment clean-ish.
The price is 590 all included, Anmeldung not possible.
