I am looking for someone to sublet my room while I am out of Berlin for 1-2 weeks.
The room and the flat is fully furnished. There is double size bed, couch, table, wardrobe and library in the room.
The balcony will refresh you every day during your stay.
There is dishwasher and laundry machine available. Also there is always hot water and high speed internet. All you need to do is bring your luggage.
One week stay costs 200e, two weeks stay costs 300e
The flat is located 2 mins away from Hermannstr. S/U Bahn Station and 6 mins away from Neukölln S/U Bahn Stations.
It's very central as you can use the ring and u7 and u8 lines.
There is REWE, Netto only 5 mins walking distance away and also there many spati's around.
The area is quiet and friendly. Lovely Körnerpark is 3 minutes away.
You will be sharing the flat with my flatmate German, 38, Argentin. He is a tattoo artist and fashion designer. He is clean and tidy and expects the same from you as well.
It's not a party house so I expect you to respect this.
Smoking is allowed in the balcony
