Küche bad, alles vorhanden und kann natürlich mitbenutzt werden.
wenn Interesse besteht, ist es auch eventuell möglich die Wohnung danach als Hauptmieter:in zu übernehmen, da die anderen beiden auch ausziehen.
das können wir dann alles mit dem Vermieter besprechen.

ihr seid dann zu dritt. die anderen beiden studieren und arbeiten, sind momentan auch viel beschäftigt aber sind super lieb und offen :-)
beide suchen auch etwas neues, also könnt ihr mal schauen wie ihr dann das leben gestalten wollt :-)

über die Kaution können wirauch gerne nochmal reden.
Das Zimmer ist ca. ab 15.9 frei, +- wenige tage.
Es ist noch nicht ganz sicher, ob ich das Bett drin lassen kann. Deswegen müssten wir mal schauen, ob du vllt sogar ein Bett besitzt? :-) Das bekommen wir aber schon hin.
