I have a furnished room available in my 2-person-apartment for two months - until 31.03.2021.
The room is super nice, with wooden floorboards and a high ceiling, and even though it’s ground floor, there’s still quite a lot of light. It’s 16 square meters. It also faces directly to the courtyard (window in picture), so it’s nice and peaceful. And as shown in the pictures - the courtyard is amazing- great for having a bbqs :) The room is bigger than it loos in the pictures.
Smoking in the room is fine; maybe not chain smoking though. And no kids or pets please.
Rent is 430€ warm including everything (electricity, internet, etc.).

das mobilisierte Zimmer in meiner Zwei-Person-Wohnung ist verfügbar für 2 Monate - vielleicht aber auch drei - ab dem 1. Okt.
Es ist ein schönes, helles Zimmer mit Dielenboden und eine hohe Decke. Das Fenster geht zum Innenhof raus. Also, es ist sehr ruhig. Der Hinterhof ist auch sehr schön. Das Zimmer ist großer als es in den Bildern aussieht.
Rauchen im Zimmer ist ok, aber keine Kinder oder Haustiere.
Miete ist 430€ warm inklusiv alles (Strom, Internet usw.).
The apartment is about a 7min walk from Hermannstrasse Station where you can take either the U8 or the Ringbahn. It’s only a 10min walk to Tempelhofer Feld, or 15mins to Schillerkiez. It’s also only around 200m from an Aldi, and 20m from a Semi-Späti.
Die Wohnung liegt ungefähr 7min zu Fuß von Hermannstrasse Station. Wo sowohl die Ringbahn als auch die U8 zu finden sind. In der Nähe befinden sich auch Tempelhofer Feld und Schillerkiez. EIn Aldi is 200m entfernt, und ein Semi-Späti fast direkt neben der Wohnung.
I like to keep the place quite clean - haven’t had a cleaning roster, but I’m open to it if needed. So far it’s been a nice, open, and friendly place with a pretty relaxed atmosphere - not a loud, crazy social or party place. The neighbours here are also super nice.
Personally, I’m a 38 year old Australian, who just started working as a medical doctor in a nearby. I can also speak German reasonably fluently.
Sauberkeit ist mir ziemlich wichtig - habe aber bisher keinen Putzplan gehabt - es wäre mir aber ganz ok, wenn einen gebraucht würde. Bisher war die Wohnung sehr freundlich, offen und entspannt, aber sie ist keine laute Party-WG. Die Nachbarn hier sind auch alle super nett.
Ich bin selbst 38 jährige Australier, der hier vor kurzem als Arzt in einem Paxis um der Ecke angefangen zu arbeiten hat. Ich kann Deutsch oder Englisch.
