I rent a bright room with a nice street view with tall trees. The apartment is located on the second floor. Your contract will happen directly with the owner. Rent includes everything like parking, electricity, internet, gas etc.
The house has two completely separate rooms. Your room is fully furnished, with a bed (140 x 200), table, chair, big cupboard etc.
The kitchen is also well equipped with all the daily use items. Washing machine is available inside the house. Car/Bike Parking is available.
Anmeldung is possible.
This place is well connected to bus & U-bahn. Landwehr Canal is two minutes walking from the house. The nearest bus stop is 5 mins walking. The nearest u-bahn is Rathaus Neukölln is 10 mins walking. All supermarkets like Edeka, lidl, Kaufland are nearby. This area is full of cafes, restaurants & bars. This area is pretty safe. The water canal is 2 mins away walking from the house.
If you like running/exercising, there's a big park nearby 10 mins walking. Another park which is smaller is 5 mins walking.
I have found people are quite helpful in this neighbourhood. Even if you don't know german, they'd try to help you.
Looking forward to a respectful living situation where privacy is equally respected as well as cleanliness to just feel comfortable living together. The whole apartment has a very calming airy nice homey vibe and I would like to share this with a person who appreciates and enjoys to suit the feel. Hoping to share friendly cooperation, nice cooking and good conversations.
