Hey! Für Februar und März suchen wir eine Zwischenmieterin für unsere riesengroße Altbau-WG mitten in Neukölln. Bei uns ist alles ziemlich entspannt: in der Küche findet sich eigentlich immer jemand zum Quatschen und häufig auch zum Bier trinken. Wir haben oft Freund*innen zu Besuch und es ist meistens etwas los. Natürlich ist es auch okay, sich zurückzuziehen. Wir sind keine Party-WG, aber wenn du etwas ganz Ruhiges suchst, ist passt unsere WG wahrscheinlich nicht ganz so gut. ;)
Das Zimmer ist 19qm groß und möbliert. In der Wohnung gibt es eine große Küche, die gleichzeitig auch Wohnzimmer ist, und zwei Bäder. Dein Fahrrad kannst du im Hof anschließen.
Die Wohnung liegt mitten in Neukölln, in der Nähe der U-Bahn-Station Karl-Marx-Straße. In der Umgebung gibt es an Läden rund Restaurants alles, was man sich vorstellen kann. Zum Körnerpark und zur Weserstraße sind es zu Fuß jeweils zehn Minuten, zum Tempelhofer Feld zwanzig.
Wir suchen vor allem jemanden, der*die ähnliche Erwartungen wie wir an ein gutes WG-Leben hat. Wenn du glaubst, dass es passen könnte, schreib uns gerne und erzähl uns ein bisschen was über dich!

Hey! We have a room available for February and March in our giant Altbau WG (which usually houses six people) in the heart of Neukölln.
At our place everything is quite relaxed: in the kitchen there is always someone to talk to and often also to have a beer with. We have friends over often and there is usually something going on. Of course, everyone has their own space, too. We are not a party WG, but if you are looking for something very quiet, this is probably not for you. ;)
The room is about 19 square meters and furnished. In the apartment, there is a big kitchen, which is also the living room, and two bathrooms. You can lock your bicycle in the backyard.
The apartment is located in the middle of Neukölln, near Karl-Marx-Straße subway. In the area, there are lots of shops and restaurants for everything you need. Körnerpark and Weserstraße are both ten minutes walking distance away, Tempelhofer Feld twenty minutes.
We are primarily looking for someone who has similar expectations as to what life in a WG should look like. If you think you'd be a good fit, feel free to text us and tell us a bit about yourself!
