Das Zimmer liegt im 7. Stockwerk, direkt unterm Dach. Die Neubau Decke lässt das Fenster riesig erscheinen und die Aussicht mit dem Sonnenaufgang ist schon sehr schön.
Es steht bereits ein Hochbett in dem Zimmer und eine Couch.
Die Küche ist klein und funktional mit Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine.
Das Zimmer von deinem Mitbewohner bietet den Zugang zum Balkon, der gemeinschaftlich benutzt und am liebsten auch bepflanzt und begossen wird.

Alles direkt vor der Tür, außer du brauchst gerade diese eine ganz bestimmte Sachen, dann einfach bei den Nachbarn fragen.

Icke, Marten, bin dein Mitbewohner :) Ich sitze eh nur rum und arbeite - Sport mache ich auch gerne auf dem Boden und meine Kochmesser sind mir heilig. Ich kann direkt sein, aber natürlich ist mir Respekt vor anderen Leuten wichtig. Ich lebe in einer Fernbeziehung, deswegen ist mir Privatsphäre wichtig - die du natürlich auch genießt.
Corona und Kontaktbegrenzung ist je nach Lage ein Muss, ich habe Familie in der Stadt. Und ich lege Wert auf eine saubere Küche, denn eine kleine Küche ist schnell voll :)
Falls du für drei Monate was suchst, schreib gerne, dann lernen wir uns kennen uns leben mal einen Frühling zusammen :) Wird locker geil. Ich lebe ausdrücklich gern mit allen Geschlechtern zusammen.
