Ein wirklich wunderschönes helles Zimmer, was fast den ganzen Tag lang direktes Licht hat. Parkettboden, hohe decken und charmantem Altbau in aller feinster Lage. Es gibt genug platz um Yoga oder anderen ausladenden Sport im Zimmer zu machen und eine neues Hochbett. Ausserdem ist das zimmer mit Fundstücken und design Klassikern möbliert. Das Zimmer ist mindestens bis Anfang Februar frei, dann bin ich für eine gute Woche in der Stadt, vielleicht lässt sich da ne Lösung finden und dann wäre es wieder bis ende März zu haben.

Really beautiful room with lots of direct sun light during almost the whole day. Wooden floor, high sealing with a charming Altbau flair in the finest location. Enough space for yoga ore other sports in the room and a new loft bed. The furniture in the room is a mixture of random stuff and designer objects.The room is vacant. until the beginning of February, than I'll be in town for some 10 days and afterwards it would be available until the end of March. We could maybe figure something out.
Perfekte Lage wenn man es Urban mag. Direkt am Hermannplatz, dadurch gibt es eine hervorragende Verkehrsanbindung (U7,U8, M29,M41) Ausserdem ist man nahe an der Weserstraße, wo es viele Cafes, Restaurants und Bars gibt, momentan halt mit Take Away, alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten durch den Karstadt, Bauaus, Bioläden, Katzenfutter you name it. Und die Nähe zum Spree Kanal und zur Hasenheide und dem Tempelhofer Feld ist auch extrem angenehm für Spaziergänge, Joggen etc.

Perfect Location if you like the urban vibe. Directly at Hermannplatz you have lots of public transport (U7, U8, M29, M41). Also with the Weserstreet around the corner you have lots of cafes and restaurants and Bars, now take away only. And a variety of shopping opurtunitys, groceries, hobby market, bookshops, organic food stores, cat food, you name it. And you have also several options for walks and running with Tempelhofer Feld, Hasenheide and Spree Kanal very close.

We are open, democratic and mostly vegan in this flat. Two of us are actors (Lion & Jasper) and one is working currently for a bakery, Isa.
