Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4ten Stock Altbau am schönen Wartheplatz (Aufzug vorhanden ;))
Es ist komplett möbliert mit Kleiderschränken, einem Schreibtisch einem schönen Sessel und einem Bett (Gemütliche Klapp Couch)
Achtung. Auf den Fotos vom Zimmer sieht man Pflanzen und eine Bank mit Fernseher. Diese gehören meiner noch Mitbewohnerin und werden dann nicht mehr da sein ;)

Hi,
gesucht wird eine Berufstätige Person mit der eine enstpanntes Zusammenleben möglich ist.
Ich selbst arbeite Tagsüber und verbringe auch gern mal einen Abend zuhause. Ich koche regelmäßig
und sitze gerne mal mit einem Glas Wein in der Küche und hab auch gern und öfter Freunde zu Besuch.
Würde mich selbst als weltoffen und entspannt bezeichnen, eher dem linken Spektrum zugeneigt und wünsche mir jemanden der da ähnlich tickt.
Ein gewisses Maß an Ordentlichkeit und Sauberkeit versteht sich von Selbst ;)

I work from 7:00 to 16:00 most days and do like to spend time at home. I cook most days and like to sit with a glass of
wine in the kitchen every now and then and like to have guests regularly.
I´d say I am an openminded and relaxed person who´d place himself somwhat left when it comes to politics and would like to live with someone likeminded.
Some WG experience would be nice.
