The flat has 73m Altbau entirely renovated , it has a really nice oak parquet floor, living room with big balcony, a bathroom and another separate toilet, new kitchen with dishwasher. Your room has 13m, it’s very bright and quiet. You will pay 600€ with all the bills included.
The flat is located in Schillerkiez Neukölln, just 5 min. walk from the U8 Boddinstraße stop away, and a 6-minute walk to Tempelhofer Feld.
I am living in Berlin since 2013, after many years of working in the fashion industry, I decided to dedicate most of my time to start my own business, and to finish my last level of a German ( yes !). Lola, a spanish waterdog will come to stay with us every other week, but sometimes she might stay longer. She's a hypoallergenic dog breed who almost never barks or sheds, so she tends to be a very clean, and calm dog at home.
Going to concerts, visiting exhibitions, meditation and doing lots of sports (mainly yoga) are the things I enjoy the most. I am also vegetarian for many years, and on my way to become vegan. I am interested in music, arts, and interior design is one of my biggest passion.
I would consider myself being generally very empathetic, calm, tidy and very clean person. I do love spending time together with my roommate, however I also respect other‘s need for privacy and time alone, which I also need myself.
From my new roommate I expect good communication, tidiness and respecting one's personal space.
