ich vermiete mein kleines aber feines Zimmer.
Mir ist Ästhetik sehr wichtig und Gemütlichkeit, das erwartet dich hier.
Zur Verfügung wirst du auch ein sehr großen Schreibtisch, genauso wie ein sehr angenehmes Bett haben - zumindest wenn du bis 1,70m groß bist. :)
Natürlich mache ich dir die Hälfte des Platzes in meinem Kleiderschrank frei. Und da es zum Hinterhof liegt, ist es sehr ruhig.
Es ist keine Party WG!
Meine Mitbewohnerin ist eine lässige
Person und sie hat die süßeste Hündin des Kiezes, Venus.
Hier ist ein Ort der Ruhe und zum runterkommen vom Citytrubbel.

I´m subletting my small but comfy room.
For me estethic & comfort is a must, that´s the vibe you will feel in this place. I like to meditate here, and I´m a quiet person, so the energy is tranquilized & warm.
You will have aswell a big writing desk & a comfy bed, for women till ca. 1,70m max! ;)
The room is directed to the backyard so its really quiet.
This is not a place for parties, afterhours & so on...my flatmate is a relaxed person, we have our wild Party times behind us and we aren't interested at all to have this at home. She has the cutest dog that you can imagine, she's the Superstar of the area.
This flat is perfect to come down & have a relaxed time.
Die Wohnung befindet sich zwischen dem Tempelhofer Feld - in 5min Fußweg zu erreichen, und der Hermannstraße - in 2min!
Auf dem Feld sind die Gemeinschaftgärten leicht zu erreichen, es ist sehr gut gelegen, wir wohnen zwischen den Ubahnhöfen Leinestr & Boddinstr - beide in ca. 5min erreichbar.
Es gibt eine BioCompany in 5min, LIdl, Edeka, Rossmann, türkische Supermärkte.
Der Schillerkiez hat sehr gute Restaurants, Bistros, Cafés, alles sehr nah!
Am Samstag gibt es einen malerischen kleinen BioMarkt auf dem Herrfurthplatz mit Top Qualität an Essen & eine tolle Blumenauswahl.
Es ist vom Flair her schon so ziemlich das Beste was Neukölln zu bieten hat! ;)
The flat is located between the Tempelhofer Feld - that you reach in 5min by walk - and Hermannstr. - in 2 min!
On the Feld we are on the side of the community gardens, there is an amazing atmosphere. The next Ubahnstations - aswell about 5min by walk - are Leinestr or Boddinstr., its quiet exactly in the middle of both.
You have a BioCompany in 5min, a Lidl & Edeka aswell, a Rossmann drugstore, and many turkish supermarkets.
You have lots of restaurants, bistros, cafés, so when you like to enjoy good food you are in the right corner.
Saturdays you have in 3min walk aswell a pitoresque little farmers Biomarket at Herrfurthplatz with top quality streetfood, vegetables, and flowers.
I lived in several corners of Neukölln, and to be honest, Schillerkiez is the most beautiful of all! ;)
Wichtig auch das es für dich selbstverständlich ist respektvoll die gemeinsam benutzten Räume, also Toilette & Küche, nachdem du sie benutzt hast sauber zu hinterlassen.
Wir freuen uns und sind gespannt wer sich meldet.
Eine Onlinebesichtigung wäre möglich. ;)
Cleaning after using the shared places like kitchen & bath should be obvious for you.
