Schön großer Balkon neben Mitlebens Zimmer, über den er großzügig ist.
Mitbewohner:
Alex, ein 30-jähriger Deutscher von außerhalb Berlins. Spricht Deutsch und Englisch, mag Videospiele und Musik, macht viele Kuchen und arbeitet oft (Elektriker) oder mit seiner Freundin.
Ort:
Die Ubahn ist die 10 Minuten entfernte Parchimer Allee. Mehrere Buslinien sind näher.
Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und friedlich, familienorientiert. Edeka 1 Block entfernt, Penny & Kaufland 20 Minuten zu Fuß.

Hi there! I am going back to the US to visit family for a couple months before starting a Masters Degree, and I'm looking for someone to replace me temporarily. Best for someone just arriving in Berlin, or between flats, who doesn't mind not being directly in the city center.
About the flat:
Medium sized room, furnished.
Small livingroom, with medium-large tv, extra bed and dining set
The flat gets good sunlight & has big windows.
Lots of storage, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher
Nice sized balcony off of Mitbewohner's room that he is generous about.
Flatmate:
Alex, a 30 year old German guy from right outside Berlin. Speaks German and English, likes video games, and music, makes a lot of cakes and is often working (electrician) or with his girlfriend.
Location:
Ubahn is Parchimer Allee, 10 minutes away. Several bus lines are closer.
Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, family-oriented. Edeka 1 block away, Penny & Kaufland 20 min walk.
