The flat is in the back house so it is very quiet. The room is large and has modern double-paned windows looking out to the garden. There is also a glass door to the garden. Inside is a very comfortable king-size bed and many places to put clothes and other belongings. I will clear out some space for you in the wardrobe to hang clothes.

My roommate is awesome and super chill and I am looking for someone that matches well with her while I am away. The flat is very cozy. There's a TV with Firestick in the living room. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and bake.. There is a washing machine in the bathroom. The bathroom has both a shower and a tub.

The room is available for 580 warm, but I will reduce the rent to come back on some weekends to 450 warm, but that is not necessary, only a possibility. You can rent for a month at a time. I am willing to rent to a couple for an additional 100 Euros a month. I will need the room at the end of August.The room will likely be available again in September until Spring 2022.

The location is close to lots of shopping Rewe, Aldi, Netto, Real and Edeka are all within walking distance. The Ringbahn and Treptower Park is a 12 Minute walk away and the closest buses are 5 minutes away, 104, 194, 166. There are also many street parking opportunities. Car shares are always around.

Die Wohnung liegt im Hinterhaus, daher ist es sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer ist groß und hat moderne doppelverglaste Fenster mit Blick in den Garten. Es gibt auch eine Glastür zum Garten. Im Inneren befindet sich ein sehr bequemes Kingsize-Bett und viele Ablagemöglichkeiten für Kleidung und andere Dinge. Ich werde für Sie etwas Platz im Kleiderschrank freimachen, um Kleidung aufzuhängen.

Meine Mitbewohnerin ist fantastisch und super chill und ich bin auf der Suche nach jemandem, der gut mit ihr zusammenpasst, während ich weg bin. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich. Es gibt einen Fernseher mit Firestick im Wohnzimmer. Die Küche hat alles, was man zum Kochen und Backen braucht. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine im Badezimmer. Das Badezimmer hat sowohl eine Dusche als auch eine Badewanne.

Das Zimmer ist verfügbar für 580 warm, aber ich bin bereit, die Miete zu reduzieren, um an einigen Wochenenden zu 450 warm zurück zu kommen, aber das ist nicht notwendig, nur eine Möglichkeit. Ich bin bereit, an ein Paar für zusätzliche 100 Euro pro Monat zu vermieten. Ich komme zurück ca. letzte 2 Wochen in August. Das Zimmer wird wahrscheinlich wieder im September bis Frühjahr 2022 verfügbar sein.

Die Lage ist nah an vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Rewe, Aldi, Netto, Real und Edeka sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Ringbahn und der Treptower Park sind in 12 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und die nächsten Busse sind 5 Minuten entfernt, 104, 194, 166. Es gibt auch viele Straßenparkmöglichkeiten. Carsharing ist immer in der Nähe.
