Für mein WG-Zimmer im Rollbergkiez in Neukölln suche ich ca. zwischen Ende Mai - Mitte September (Zeitraum flexibel) eine Zwischenmieter*in (weiblich/divers). Das Zimmer ist ca. 20 qm und möbiliert (Arbeitstisch, Bett, Couch, Schrank). Die Wohnung ist ein Neubau über zwei Etagen hat eine große Wohnküche und eine Terrasse, die besonders im Sommer schön und sonnig ist.
Die Wohnung teilst du dir mit 4 Frauen, einem Mann (zwischen 30 und Mitte 40) und einem Kind (4). Das Bad zu dem Zimmer teilst du dir mit 2 Frauen. Die WG hat einen Putzplan und kauft gemeinsam ein (alles von vegan bis Fleisch). Es gibt zudem eine wöchentliche Biokiste, die in der Miete enthalten ist. Die WG-Sprache ist deutsch, aber alle können Englisch. Es wird manchmal zusammen gekocht oder ein Film geschaut aber alle haben ihr eigenes Leben. Wir nehmen die Pandemie ernst. Was das genau heisst, können wir dann besprechen.

For my room in the Rollbergkiez in Neukölln I am looking for a tenant (female/diverse) between the end of may - mid-September (flexible period). The room is about 20 sqm and furnished (work desk, bed, couch, closet). The apartment is a new building over two floors, has a large kitchen-living room and a terrace, which is nice and sunny especially in summer.
You share the apartment with 4 women, a man (between 30 and mid 40) and a child (4). The bathroom to the room you share with 2 women. The WG has a cleaning plan and buys together (everything from vegan to meat). There is also a weekly organic box, which is included in the rent. The WG language is German, but everyone knows English. There is sometimes cooking together or watching a movie but everyone has their own life. We take the pandemic seriously. What that means exactly, we can discuss then.
