it seems you are looking for a suitable and affordable flat share, right? Then you've come to the right place.
We have made it our business to provide affordable living space for students, trainees and young professionals.
Our concept has no hidden costs. You only have to divide and pay the GEZ fees between you flatmates, all other additional costs are included.
Our tenants are between 18 and 30 years old.
All shared flats are mixed. By chance, there are sometimes more or less people of one gender.
In addition, our company and our shared flats are international. So if you have no problem living together with different cultures and languages, we would be happy to receive your application.

We will ask for the following doucments before going ahead with you. If you have them ready with you, it will make the process faster:
Passport
Current Employment contract / University Admission Letter ( if you are a student)
Latest Salary slips or Schufa (solicitar ahora)
Blocked Account Statement / Current Bank Account statement with Minimum 2500 Euros as Balance
A Document giving your Permanent Address
You can register with us. You will receive a confirmation of accommodation as soon as you move in.
Unfortunately, we cannot consider messages sent without a password.
If a successful booking is made between us, we will waive 21% of the total rent for the first month with the code Berlin2021. After that, the regular, contractually agreed rental price will be charged.
The minimum rental period is 6 months.
P.s. Viewings during the corona situation are not possible. However, we will try to give you the best possible comfort and negotiate the best possible deal for you.
