Due to my vacancy, I’m subletting my bright and big room in Neukölln for 2.2 months. (21.05-31.07) The flat is near to Sbahn station Sonnenalle, you can reach Netto, Lidl, Kaufland or Penny in 5-10 mins by foot. There is a park around at the corner, and a nice cafe right next to the door.
You will live with three nice people, they are very friendly and calm, peaceful. It’s not a party WG. In my room, there are big windows which are connected to hinter Garten 🪴in Summer, my room’s temperature is below than others.
There is a small fridge, which you will find great. A big bed, sofa and small desk. I will empty some parts of my closet so you can keep your clothes inside.
I’m looking for a person who can cover the whole period of time, and who can keep my room as it is.
Deposit : 450€
Rent : 450€ (This is what i am paying monthly).

It’s next to Sonnenallee station. Netto, Lidl, Kaufland you can find them within 5-10 minutes. There is a park at the corner, nice restaurants, cafes.
We are a flat of 4 international people – including yourself. We came to Berlin to embrace the madness of this town and to have a peaceful place to come home to. Emphasis on the last part. We cherish open minded and humorous people who have the social skills to see when someone likes to hang and chat or when he/she is cooking for meditation and would rather be left alone. We like to treat our common rooms like the swedish forest: Leave it as you found it and the bears will be happy. And no open fires please.
