There is a room temporary free in the best neighbourhood Neukölln, Sonnenallee. As I am (almost) finishing my masters, I am going back to the Netherlands for a few weeks to enjoy my free time after this stressfull period. Therefore my room is free for the month of June.
Your room is 16m2 with big windows for lots of sun. There is a desk where you can desk, a chair to sit or read, a great bed and enough place to hang your clothes. Everything you need for a stay.
The kitchen is equipped with lots of tools, that you can use to cook. Plus there are plenty of tools for baking as well. Feel free to use them. You can smoke in the kitchen if you are a smoker, however not in your room. There is a big table in the kitchen where you can sit, have a breakfast/coffee, diner etc, or just hang out with few people. However, parties are not really allowed. We clean the flat at least once a week and like things tidy in the flat. So basic cleaning after you use something is normal for us :).
There is a nice backyard where you can park your bike.
The flat has a great location. In a 5 minutes walk you are at the canal, where you can chill in the sun or in the park next to wildenbruchstrasse. There are plenty of bars located in the Weserstrasse, and also the Schillerkiez is not far away where many great bars are. As well the rixdorfkiez is cool to go out. There are plenty of restaurants in the neighbourhood. Lidl is 10 minutes by foot and there are several spätis around the corner.
Rathaus neukölln is closeby where many shopping opportunities in the Arkaden for instance. Also a Rewe, Aldi are closeby + there is a Kaufland at rathaus neukölln.
Tempelhoferfeld, is only 10 minutes by bike or 20 minutes by foot.
Sbahn Sonnenallee not even 15 min by foot and less than 5 min by bike
U7 Karlmax strasse 8 min by foot 3 by bike
Bus m42 is 2 min by foot
You are living with one person, my French flatmate 35 years old and her 17 years old cat. She is a great flatmate, super chill and a good friend. Mostly she works at day time from home, however is quite busy with many cool projects on the side such as customising clothes. She is an outgoing peron, speaks French and English. A little bit German and is learning Spanish at the moment.
I am looking forward to meet you, send me a message, maybe with your facebook or number so we can meet before together with my flatmate :). Also if you need a shorter stay, you could let me know and we could arrange something with the price ;)
