I will be away for one month and looking to rent my room (15m square in a 95m square flat) for the end of June/All July located just near the canal in Kreuzkolln.
ALL FURNISHED + ELEVATOR on the TOP FLOOR with BALCONY!
Just a few meters away from the Turkish market, the canal, public transportations and all fun Berlin activities in a great and diverse neighborhood.
You would be living with my fellow roomate, a 31 years old British man who is very respectful, polite and calm.
Plus funny and into cinema which is always a plus.
It's a very positive, clean place. Please be also respectful of the place and enjoy your stay in Berlin!

We're not looking for party people (even though you're great!) but someone who leads a relaxed and chilled lifestyle, are very clean and tidy and calm
You will be living with my housemate Ryan, from the UK, very friendly and into sport, films, books and having a beer
