Hi there!
On offer: small but cozy room with high sleeper. Common space is available. We are a 3-person WG in the Körnerkiez.
The house is pretty quite - and from your roommates you do not have to expect much noise either :-)
The room is sunny and very well isolated (not too hot in the summer, not too cold in the winter).
The room will be rented out "unbefristed", but it would good to hear from you what your planning is time wise (nothing too much temporary please).
The area is not that busy. In the summer with the window open you will hear the cars speeding over the "Kopfpflastersteinen" - cobblestones.
Since the apartment is near the old airport, we have double windows, and as soon as you close them, you won't hear much from outside anymore.
We are a woman and a man, both 38 and we are looking for someone in our own age range to join the flat.
My flatmate is working mainly from home, and I normally away during office hours.
Currently the WG-life is not that active, but we are open for change.
Please let us know how comfortable you are with speaking English, and with speaking German.
