I am Juju and travelling from 12.02 to 2.March and would love to subrent my room during this time.
The room has everything you need, a desk, a large bunk bed, music system, sofa.
You would live with 2 uncomplicated, friendly roommates from England. Communication is mainly in English, although both can also speak German. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, otherwise you should simply have respect for the time and a sense of cleanliness;)
The apartment is on the ground floor and is a 10-minute walk from the Sonnenallee S-Bahn and 10 minutes from the Karl-Marx subway and is surrounded by many shops, restaurants, etc.
Everything in the kitchen can of course be used, such as the washing machine.
About a possible caution and everything else I'd like to talk to personally.
I know it is a short time period, but maybe it can help some of you. I am open to discuss price etc, so let me know if you have futher questions. I prefer to meet in personal and to make a short process for both us to make it fix.
