It is a 3-person flat share. It is avaible for ONLY one month.
The room is big enough (16m2) for one person. It has lots of plants, the bed is very comfortable and the desk is big and well suited for home-office.
The room sit super cozy and get lots of light in the afternoon hours.
We live in the so called Rixdorfkiez that used to be a small village, that is why it still retains that kind of vibe. It could be said it is an oasis in the city.
Richardplatz and Böhmischer Platz, where there are many nice cafes, bars and restaurants, can be reached in 2 minutes. Treptower Park, the Tempelhofer Feld and the Hasenheide can be reached in 10 minutes. S-Bahn Sonnenalle, U-Bahn Karl-Marx-Str. and the Hertzbergplatz bus stop are not far.
We are Josefin (29) and Gabriela (32). Josefin is a climbing trainer and studies ethnology. I am studying Anthropology and Literature. I find myself currently writing my Master thesis.
We both come from South America (Ecuador and Venezuela) and have lived together in Neukölln for six years. We love our flat and have managed to create a pleasant atmosphere. We love to cook together super tasty food, we share it and like to spend time together. Our WG is very much calm at night, since we love our good night sleep.
We are looking for a person who is just kind and considerate. Sexist men please abstain from writing!
We don't smoke in the apartment and a lot of attention is paid to cleanliness. We also share some food costs, it would be cool if you don't have a problem with it.
