Hallo everyone,
I am subletting my room in the heart of Neukölln for 3 months (1. August - 31. Oktober). The space of circ. 14 m2 is bright, full of plants and furnished - it has a loft bed with a wooden comfy working space, commode and clothes rail. Most of my stuff will be cleared, so you will have enough place for your pieces.
4 people live in our WG - we share a living room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Our identities and interests are diverse, but we share a common political ground. We don't tolerate racism, sexism, homo- and transphobia, discrimination and harassment in any form. We welcome a (self-) critical and reflective person, preferred vegetarian or vegan who likes plants and might take care of my small room-garden.
It is not a party-WG! We embrace common cooking and whatever happens when a good conversation and laughter unites. However, everyone in the WG is working (some of us mainly at home), so we also enjoy silence, retreat and rest. We share all food and expect self-responsibility, regarding cleaning, fair shopping and other WG-issues.
A friend of us stays sometimes in the living room when she comes to Berlin for her projects. As she has a dog, we look for a person that tolerates animals and does not have allergies.
Wi Fi and bills are all included with the rent. The month price is 300 Euro plus 300 Euro deposit.
Personal interview is required.
